Sharda Minerals And Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (SMC) is the largest manufacturer and exporter of Sharda brand best quality Activated Bleaching Earth, Activated Bauxite and Powder, Fullers Earth, Activated Bleaching Earth Powder, etc. specially developed for the removal of waste oil color and smell. We have started the commercial production of these goods in 2007 and our production unit is located in Dewas, Pithampur, (Madhya Pradesh).

Our Objective

The primary objective of our firm is to produce high grade Bleaching Earth and allied goods suitable for refining, bleaching and decolorization of used minerals oils, lubricants such as used engine oil, transformer oil, distilled oil, wax oil, para fine wax and solvent.

Raw Materials & Its Source

The raw material from which Activated Bleaching Earth is processed is Bentonite (Montmorillonite Clay) which is derived from degeneration of volcanic ashes. This is the chemical composition of aluminum hydro silicate in which silica acid & aluminum is presented in the ratio of 4:1. India is the rich source of Montmorillonite which one can find in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, etc. The mines are situated in Sehore & Sagar (Madhya Pradesh), Gulbarga (Andhra Pradesh), Bhuj (Gujarat) having the deposit of Montmorillonite which is capable of developing high bleach ability Activated Bleaching Earths.
